Not a clue. LimitedTimeOnly might know a bit more about it, as he mentioned to owner was trying to get a group vote on paint color.

It has been at Charlotte Cars and Coffee for at least 4 years looking like that. At one point there was a “vote for a color” poll on the car, but that clearly didn’t go anywhere. I’ve never spoken to the owner. (From 4 years ago:)
